FAQ

WHAT FOOD IS INCLUDED?

Cheeses (including a range of cheddar, brie, blue vein, chèvre, bocconcini). We do consult with our local cheesemonger to provide the perfect cheese.

Deli meats and smoked salmon.

Gourmet crackers, quince paste, relish, pate, fresh honeycomb, savoury breads, antipasti, dips, vegetable crudités, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, chocolates.

Savoury snacks.

Grazing table produce is based on seasonal availability. 


Ingredients are sourced from local and Australian suppliers.

ORDERING/BOOKINGS

We appreciate 7 days notice for grazing table and board bookings/orders. This ensure we can provide you with quality of service and produce.

DELIVERY FEES

Free delivery in Moss Vale, Burradoo and Bowral. Outside these suburbs, delivery fees apply starting from $15.

Please note, if the event being catered for, is between the hours of 8pm and 7am there is an additional fee of $150. Surcharge of 15% applies to public holidays.

INCLUSIONS

Set up, clean up/pack down.

We will provide basic seasonal foliage, serviettes and serving ware (cheese knives, bowls and table decor).

Floral arrangements can be organised for an extra fee.

WHAT WE WILL DO

We will set up and clean up, pack up same day.  If it is not possible for us to return on the same day or doesn't suit the client for us to do so, we will return in 3 business days to collect the clean board/table and serving ware.

Please allow 1-2 hours for set up of the board or table prior to your event.

FOOD SAFETY

We do request a space for us to set up that is shaded if outside and preferably cool if inside to maintain quality of food.

Meat and cheese will be placed on the table and board a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your event starting.

Please note, in accordance with food and safety we strongly recommend that food is disposed of after 4 hours of being served.

We have undergone relevant training and have obtained certificates in food safety and supervision.
